Policies & Terms

We believe in transparency, professionalism, and clear communication. These policies help ensure a smooth experience and establish expectations for every project.

01

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due before launch, transfer, publication, or delivery of the project. No files, credentials, or website ownership will be transferred until payment has been received in full.

02

Non-Payment Policy

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, project work may be suspended. Access to project materials, development environments, websites, or deliverables may be restricted until all outstanding balances have been paid. Ownership of all work remains with the company until payment is received in full. The client may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, legal fees, and associated expenses where permitted by law.

03

Project Scope

All pricing is based on the agreed project scope. Additional requests outside the original scope, including additional pages, custom functionality, integrations, content creation, SEO, automation services, or redesign work, may require additional fees and written approval before implementation.

04

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, branding materials, images, business information, account access, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

05

Revisions

Projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions during development. Additional revisions or post-launch requests may incur additional fees.

06

Domains & Hosting

Clients are solely responsible for purchasing, owning, and maintaining their own domain names and hosting services.

Domain names are NOT included with any website package unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Clients must either purchase their domain prior to project commencement or acquire one during development when needed for deployment.

The client retains full ownership and responsibility for all domain registrations, hosting accounts, renewals, subscription services, and associated costs.

The company may provide recommendations, but all purchases must be made directly under the client's ownership.

We are not responsible for domain expiration, hosting expiration, DNS issues, service outages, renewal fees, or third-party provider failures.

07

Website Ownership

Ownership of completed work transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Until payment is received in full, all files, designs, code, and project assets remain the property of the company.

08

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, ownership of all project materials immediately reverts to the company, and the client must discontinue use of any associated work product.

09

Warranty & Support

A 14-day post-launch warranty period is included to address development-related issues directly associated with the original project. This warranty does not cover content changes, user errors, hosting issues, domain issues, third-party software, or new feature requests.

10

Third-Party Services

Projects may utilize third-party providers such as hosting companies, CRMs, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, and marketing platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions involving third-party providers.

11

Search Engine & Business Results

While best practices are followed, we do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, revenue, sales performance, or specific business outcomes.

12

Limitation of Liability

The company's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the project. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or third-party service failures.

13

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed projects may be displayed in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social media promotions.

14

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services due to harassment, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of our terms.

15

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed under the laws of the State of California.

Agreement

By submitting a deposit, approving a proposal, accepting an estimate, or authorizing work to begin, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Policies & Terms.
